Ever since MEDCOM was established in December 1979, we have aimed to be in touch with the latest technology in the field of building and construction.we always focus to provide the construction field with new and distinctive tools.

Since the beginning, our company has adopted a policy of wise selection of employees and equipped them with all materialistic needs, that can help them to finish their work on time.

That is why my first target up on assuming the chairmanship of the board of MEDCOM was to bring the company and the staff to the present level in the market and adopt an upgradeable strategy to improve the skills of the staff through advanced training programs, as I strongly believe that success is determined in any organisation by the performance of its employees and their capability to do the job within the frame of team work spirit.

As we take on the challenges of the 21st century, we are well aware that it is most important to stay up to date with the latest tools, technology and trends in our profession.

So, our prominent strategy has come to produce high quality in the assigned time frame with the most reasonable prices, ensuring client’s satisfaction and providing a good return for share holders and benefits for employees and the entire community.

We have been in the market Since 36 years and each year gives evidence of our implementation, methodology together with experience and expertise that added more confidence in the company’s work. 

We always evaluate our work and look around for new ideas, and keep up with the standards of international scale of quality to assure our clients of continuous development and progress.

An organizational structure defines how activities such as task allocation, coordination and supervision are directed toward the achievement of organizational aims . It can also be considered as the viewing glass or perspective through which individuals see their organization and its environment .
: The Organizational structure of the company consists of four main sections -       
1- The Financial & the Administrative sector.   
2- The Institutional Development Sector .    
3- The engineering & commercial sector.     
4- The execution of Projects Sector.
Follow each set of sector departments and sections; in which employees perform many of the functions to achieve the goals of the sector in particular and the goals of the company in general. Featuring the organizational structure of the Medcom Company the principle of gradual in which determines the vertical relations between the president and the subordinate; and horizontal relationships between employees on the same job level, and this makes it easy to determine the question of the responsibility on the basis of the chain of command or on the basis of jobs .
