Misr Engineering  Development Company " MEDCOM " is one of the leading companies in the field of construction, It is committed to fully implement high­ quality work, according  to the required  specifications, in order  to investigate the full satisfaction and expectations of customers, It is also committed to fulfill the requirements of top management, shareholders, employees and society through  the application  of effective  quality  management system,  according  to the standard specifications ISO 9001:2008 leading to improvement and the continual progress of the performance.

This is achieved through:-
• Full compliance with the national and international standard specifications and addition to the requirements of each project and all legal and other requirements related to our work to ensure the quality required for our works .
• Optimal use  of  resources and  equipment with the  latest  modem  technological methods to keep up with progress in the construction filed leading to continual improvement of working methods .

Our corporate (QHSE) policy is based on the following principles:-
• Full Compliance with all Legislation and legal requirements applicable to HSE.
• Prevention of pollution, injuries,illnesses and ill health.
• Reduction of waste and optimal use of resources.
• Conducting HSE training and awareness for all personnel involved in work.
• Assessment of risks and environmental impacts and analysis of all incidents to ensure effectiveness of operation and prevention of reoccurrence.
• Performing rigorous and frequent audits to ensure that the HSE Policy and HSE management system is effectively implemented .
• Continual improvement of HSE management by setting,reviewing and updating HSE objectives.
• Ensure that the policy is communicated and understood by all employees, subcontractors, visitors and available to public and interested parties.
• The policy will be reviewed periodically for continual improvement.
